Reiki Level One at Root to Rise Yoga

Service Description

This is a group course for the Shoden Level of Usui Shiki Ryoho style Reiki. This class covers 3 weeks plus class preparation. The course includes: a 2-hour class (in-person or virtual), attunement, online healing course for daily practice, one meeting per week, and guidance to integrate Reiki as part of everyday life. Class will conclude with a graduation ceremony where you receive your certificates for completing the course.
